Returns Policy

Welcome to Gold Berg International (Pty) Ltd Returns Policy. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to return a product. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our customers.

You may be eligible to initiate a return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Product: If you have for any reason received a damaged or defective Krugerrand / Bullion item, we will gladly accept the return and provide a replacement or refund, given that Gold Berg International (Pty) Ltd has authenticated the item and find no tampering with the item.
  • Incorrect Item/s: If you have received the wrong Krugerrand / Bullion item or a product different from what you ordered, we will facilitate the return and exchange.

Please note: Each item has carefully been authenticated and packaged before being dispatched. Due to the nature of the fluctuating product, orders and returns/refunds are looked at on case-to-case bases based on the events that surround it and the nature of the event or return. Gold Berg International (Pty) Ltd hold the right to refuse the return of any item/s or product/s, based on its status of authentication or damage after handover.

To initiate a return:

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at, info@goldbergint.co.za / info@goldberginternational.co.za within 3 days of receiving the product/s. Provide details of the issue and your Invoice number.

Approval and Instructions: Our customer support will guide you through the return process. You may need to provide photographs of the product/s to validate the reason for the return.

Packaging: Carefully package the product/s in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipment: Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support. The client is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returned product/s must meet the following conditions:

The product/s must be in their original condition and packaging.

All accompanying documentation, certificates and accessories must be included.

Any tamper-evident seals or protective coatings must be intact.

Depending on the reason for the return and product/s availability, you have the following options:

Refund: If you choose a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method once the returned product/s have been returned and inspected by an authorized Gold Berg International employee.

Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will provide you with a replacement Krugerrand / Bullion Item/s of the same type and value.

Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be shipped to us within 5 days of receiving return authorization.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product has been tampered with, damaged, altered or improperly packaged.

The return is initiated after the specified timeframe.

The reason for return does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
